central location friendly staff broken air dirty couch
the location was good. it was near many places. the staff was friendly. they helped me with directions.
the air con was not working well. i was not told this on the first day. the couches look like they were never cleaned. there are some strange stains on it.

comfortable bed well-equipped kitchen helpful manager
I found the room spacious and it included a well-equipped kitchen. The bed offered great comfort. The manager was communicative and helpful, which I appreciated a lot. The access to a Les Mills gym was a fantastic bonus.
The hot water in the shower was initially cold. The staff resolved this issue later.

The location is quite central, providing easy access to many shops. Terrace Street is nearby adding convenience. Public transportation options are close. It has great access, and is close to a lot of amenities.

clean bed equipped kitchen comfortable bed
The room included a well-equipped kitchenwith everything I needed. A big, clean, and comfortable bed ensured restful sleep. The bathroom had a bathtub and a hairdryer (always a plus).
The wall heater wasn't very effective, and I found only a small oil heater available.

The hotel is near cafes, shops, and bus services. The hotel is located centrally giving you a good base to explore the local landmarks and is very convenient for travellers arriving from the airport.

The staff was helpful . They readily offered art recommendations and shared local food suggestions. The hotel provides free access to a nearby gym with great facilities for guest who want to work out.
